With over 25 years of experience in homebuilding and land development, Dustin Bogue brings a strategic, growth-focused mindset to Element Homes. Before Element Homes, he served as President of the Western Region for Century Communities (NYSE: CCS), overseeing operations across the West and Texas. Prior to that, Dustin founded and led UCP, Inc. (NYSE: UCP), taking the company public in 2013 and establishing Benchmark Communities as its wholly owned subsidiary in 2010.

Terry Secor brings more than 25 years of leadership in residential homebuilding and land development to Element Homes. Previously, he was Corporate Vice President of Operations at Benchmark Communities, where he directed construction, development, design and customer service operations. Terry holds multiple contractor licenses, including a NASCLA Accredited Commercial General Building license in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, as well as Class A and Class B licenses in California.

Paul Sanders brings financial discipline and strategic insight to Element Homes, with over 15 years of experience in homebuilding and land development. Formerly overseeing land acquisition and finance at UCP, Inc., Paul helped drive annual growth of nearly 100% from 2013 to 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA).

A seasoned expert in residential development, Michael Cady has more than 25 years of experience navigating the entitlement process. His efforts have led to the approval of over 7,000 residential lots across the greater San Francisco Bay Area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.

Julie Atwood brings operational excellence and a deep understanding of the homebuilding industry to her role at Element Homes. With over eight years of experience in office and executive support, she played key roles at UCP, Inc. and Benchmark Communities, including assisting with the acquisition and integration of Citizen Homes. Julie continued to support regional operations following the companies’ acquisition by Century Communities, ensuring consistency and continuity across divisions.
